Shipping Options

Due to the size and weight of our steel target stands, we do not ship via standard carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Instead, we offer two fulfillment options:

Local Pickup — Free

Pick up your order at no additional cost from our Orlando, FL location. After placing your order, we'll contact you to schedule a convenient pickup time. Please ensure you have a vehicle capable of transporting your purchase (an 8-foot truck bed or trailer is recommended for our full-size stands).

Local Delivery — Mileage-Based Pricing

We offer direct delivery from our Orlando facility. Delivery pricing is calculated based on the distance from our location to your delivery address:

  • First 50 miles: $200.00 flat rate
  • Beyond 50 miles: $1.50 per additional mile
  • Maximum delivery radius: 500 miles

You can get an instant delivery quote by entering your ZIP code on any product page or at checkout.

After your order is placed, we'll contact you to coordinate a delivery date and time window. Someone must be present to receive the delivery.

For deliveries beyond 500 miles, please contact us for a custom quote.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return a product, here's our policy:

  • Return window: 30 days from the date of delivery or pickup.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in original condition, and free of any damage caused by use.
  • Return shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping or delivery costs.
  • Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, a full refund of the product price will be issued to your original payment method. Delivery fees are non-refundable.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions for returning or scheduling a pickup of the product.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please include photos of the damage when contacting us.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet been prepared for delivery or pickup can be cancelled for a full refund. If delivery has already been scheduled, a cancellation fee may apply.
